The Wildlife and National Parks Act 1993

Regulations made by the Minister under section 30
of the Wildlife and National Parks Act 1993

Part I deals with the Preliminary and Part II with the Trading in Wildlife. Section 3 deals with the permit issued under 15 and section 4 with the prescribed species of wildlife for the purpose of section 17.

Section 7 deals with the export permit and section 8 with import permit. Section 9 states that no person shall import the species listed in the Second Schedule unless he has an export or a re-export permit issued by the country of export or re¬-export.
