Regulations made by the
Minister under section 16 of the Plants Act Where an occupier
has
reason to believe that any fruit tree planted on his land
is
seriously threatened by any disease or pest, he may
make an application to the Permanent Secretary, requesting
that the tree be sprayed. The Permanent Secretary
may, on receipt of an application under paragraph (1)- (a)
grant the application on payment of the fee specified
in the Second Schedule and on such conditions as
he
thinks
fit; (b) cause the fruit tree of the applicant to
be examined before deciding on the application; or (c)
reject the application. To
