Pharmacy and Poisons (Prohibition of Harmful Drugs) Regulations 1982

Regulations made by the Minister under section 57 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Act

No person shall import, manufacture, keep, store, distribute, sell, export, use, possess or otherwise deal with any harmful drug.

Any person who contravenes these regulations shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 1,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months.
