Abstract

Regulations made by the Central Water Authorisation under section 16 of the Ground Water Act 1969

In this regulation, the application for a ground water licence in respect of a proposed installation and the renewal of a ground water licence shall be in the form set out in the First and Second Schedule respectively.

Every licence for the abstraction, diversion, obstruction, measurement or use of around water shall be valid for a maximum period of seven years and shall be in the form set out in the Third Schedule.

The Ground Water regulations 1970 are revoked.
