1. These regulations may be cited as the Environment Protection (Effluent Discharge Permit) (Amendment) Regulations 2003.

2. In these Regulations:

" principal regulations" means the Environment Protection (Effluent Discharge Permit) Regulations 2003.

3. Regulation 10 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting the words "01 September 2003" and replacing them by the words "01 April 2004" .
