Land Act 1982
Abstract
An act that deals with state land and ‘defence’
No alienation, disposal, lease or right in or over defence
lands shall be granted except by or on behalf of the Minister.
The minister may sell state land other than defence lands,
mountains reserves which belong to the state, pas geometriques
or river reserve which belong to the state.
No person shall take possession, encroach upon, cultivate
or put up any building or other structure on any part of
any state land without the express authorization in writing
of the Minister
