Shooting and Fishing Leases Act

Abstract

Section 1 of the Act deals with the short title and section 2 with the Interpretation. Section 3 deals with the methods of granting lease and section 5 with the Deed of Lease.

Section 7 deals with the Duration of Lease and section 9 with the Enjoyment of rights by Lessee.

The Extension of Lease is included in section 10 and the Erection of Building is dealt in section 12 of the Act.

Section 16 deals with the Minister may order the right of fishing and boating in irrigation and reservoirs be leased for such terms and conditions.
