Abstract

Part I deals with the preliminary and interpretation of the Act and Part II with the radiation protection authority, including the functions of such authority (section 5).

Part III deals with the licensing and related provisions such as the application of authorization and renewal of licence (sections 11 and 12 respectively). Section 18 is concerned with the radioactive waste especially for the safe management, and the source to the manufacturer.

The transport of material in section 19 concerns the authorization by the authority for the purpose of carrying such waste.
