Abstract

Part I deals with the Preliminary and Part II with the Sanitation including the approval and occupation of common lodging house (section 9 and 10 respectively). Section 18 gives a wide interpretation of nuisance and this without prejudice to environmental law.

Part III deals with the Infectious and Communicable diseases and Part IV with the Certificates of Death.

Hospitals, Cemeteries and Cremation are dealt in Part X, XI and XII respectively.
