Abstract
Part I deals with the Preliminary and Interpretation
of the Act and Part II with the Provisions Applicable to
Buildings in General including the permission to build
and its requirements (Section 7 and 8 respectively). It also
includes the conditions for giving permit and the safety
and ventilation.
Part III deals with Dangerous Buildings such as its survey
and the safety of inhabitants.
Part IV deals with the Forges and Furnaces and Part V with
Legal Proceedings against those who fail to comply with
the orders and notices.
Part V deals with the miscellaneous provisions including
